When you round up, you’re helping kids like, Jesse.

At five-months-old, Jesse was involved in a house fire, which burned over 25% of his body. Jesse stayed at his local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for more than two months, where he received multiple skin grafts and skin release surgeries. he has continued to turn to the care of specialists ever since. Jesse’s guardian Candace says that his children’s hospital was there every step of the way, from training her on burn and wound care, to occupational and physical therapy adaptations, to weekly training sessions to help Jesse get to be a kid, in spite of his burns. Now, Jesse wants to help everyone in need. When he grows up, he wants to be a police officer, firefighter, or both. Every Thanksgiving, Jesse oversees his family’s annual tradition of bringing dinner to a local shelter to give back to the community.
