Ace Hardware is Rounding Up to Change Kids’ Health in April!

Ace Hardware knows how to be the helpful place in the community, and they believe that there is no more helpful place than their local children’s hospital—Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

That’s why this spring, participating Ace Hardware locations will be asking customers to round up their purchase to help kids treated in the metro Atlanta area.

Round Up for the Kids is a great way to give back to patients and their families in your community this spring. Funds raised in April for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta will transform how we meet the most urgent needs, save more lives, and protect our collective future. Because when we change kids’ health, we change the future – for all of us.

Customer donations gathered during April will help patients like Michael:

10-year-old Michael Henderson had his first heart surgery at just 2 weeks old when it was discovered he had a complex form of tetralogy of Fallot, multiple congenital heart defects.  Michael was one of about 40 kids that Children’s treats annually with this heart defect.

Now 10 years later, Michael has undergone two more heart surgeries, and is able to enjoy things like baseball, golf, and tennis thanks to the ongoing treatment he receives at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Children’s has some of the highest volumes of complex cardiac patients like Michael allowing us to build better futures for these kids.

When you shop at your local Ace Hardware for all your home and garden needs, rounding up your purchase to the nearest dollar is an easy way to help families and kids in your community.

Thank you, Ace for being the helpful place and to Ace customers for helping change kids’ health to change the future for over 30 years with CMN Hospitals.
